Al Hilal Villa, Refurbish Project

Al Hilal Villa, Majlis & Living Redesign
In this villa refurbish project, we wanted to give a modern luxurious look to the formal majlis and the daily living room while still serving the family using this place best.

The Living Room palette had blues mixed in with neutrals. The built in was designed in a way that would provide storage, hide TV cables, hide the DB panel, and hide the junction box behind the toy box/bench while still keeping it accessible. Beautiful leather details in slate blue were added to give it a distinguished bespoke look.

The Formal Majlis colors palette included golds, browns, clay tones, and grays. The TV built-in unit was designed to look more luxurious, the tv is flanked by two cabinets covered in mirrored doors with bronze mirror detailing. The TV is placed infront of a back printed glass panel that has a natural marble print on the back. The bespoke wood work was all covered in stained burl veneer with a high gloss finish.

The Hand Wash area services both rooms, thus we wanted it to have a little bit of a mix of elements while still keeping with the color scheme of the living room as it is open to it
